Shareholding restructuring at Davies Veterinary Specialists

Higham Gobion – Three members of the existing management team at Hertfordshire based Davies Veterinary Specialists have taken control of the business in a shareholding restructuring. This sees founder Dr Jerry Davies become Chairman of the Board, with Managing Director, Dr Clive Elwood, Finance Director, Mike Thomas, and Head of Orthopaedic Surgery/Deputy Managing Director, Richard Whitelock, taking control of the practice. Additionally, Drs David Gould and Nat Whitley have become shareholders from the existing Directorial team.

 The deal was originated and managed by Bishopsgate Corporate Finance. Funding to support the restructuring has been provided by NatWest.
